1. General Provisions

These Terms govern your use of the nexusdigitalwaves.com website and booking services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

nexusdigitalwaves.com is a private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU 10006107, located at Office 305, Business Center 'Central', 15 Shevchenka Avenue, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. 3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate, current information when booking.
• Comply with all applicable laws of Ukraine.
• Not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Booking Services

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) unless stated otherwise. We may cancel bookings if information is inaccurate or fraudulent.

5. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 3911-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024. Cookies that identify users require consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' of 16 December 2020.

6. Advertising and Claims

Any advertising on the site is truthful and not misleading, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996.

7. Language

Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' of 25 April 2019. This English version is for convenience only.

8. Dispute Resolution

For complaints, contact us at contact@nexusdigitalwaves.com. Consumers may use out-of-court and judicial dispute resolution per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12 May 1991.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
